From Monday's list to the owner's panel
- 1Monday: the manager assigns
"Replace impeller, Albatros" goes to Deniz, due this week.
- 2Deniz gets the notification
The task shows on Deniz's phone with the boat and due date, alongside the rest of the list.
- 3Done, with a photo
Deniz marks it complete and attaches the photo of the old impeller. The entry lands in the boat's history.
- 4The owner sees it
On the fleet panel the task is closed; in the history the photo and the date are there for good.
Before you start
- Fleet needs an account (Google or an e-mail code); the rest of the app does not.
- Crew joins free; only the fleet owner pays.
- Fleet data syncs through a server on Cloudflare so every phone agrees. Read the security page
Questions about Fleet
How many boats does Fleet cover, and does the crew pay?
Fleet is priced per boat, from one boat up to fifty. Crew members join with an invite code and pay nothing; only the fleet owner pays.
Do I need an account?
No. Install and start. An account is only needed for Fleet, where several people share boats and changes sync between phones.
How do I delete my data?
In the app go to Settings → Danger zone → Delete all data. After two confirmations it removes the data on your phone, your account and fleet memberships on the server and, if enabled, the Google Drive backup. Files you exported earlier are not touched, and a subscription is not cancelled by this — cancel it in the App Store or Google Play. See the privacy policy for details.
