Expense records are free

Log every invoice, fuel stop and part with a receipt photo on the Free plan. Analytics by category and year is the only expense feature in Pro, at $29.99 per year.

No account. Works fully offline.

Open the app and start; there is no sign-up. Add records and tick tasks in the marina with no signal. An account is only needed if you share boats with a crew on Fleet.

Your data leaves with you

Free on Google Play; the iOS app is in preparation. No account to create.
Add your boat and engines
Name, engines, current hours and the documents with an expiry date. Reminders start working from the hours you enter.
Bring the history
Add past services by hand with their dates, or snap the receipts and attach them to the entries. It takes an evening for a typical boat.

There is no CSV import in Vessly today, so past records are entered manually. We list that gap openly in the comparison: CSV import.

Questions about switching

Where is my data, and can I export it?

Your data lives on your phone. You can export a full backup file and PDF or CSV reports at any time, on the Free plan too. Pro adds automatic backup to your own cloud account.

How is Vessly different from YachtWave?
